I left an overall poor review, the worst part being about 2/5 stars and complaining about their unprofessionalism and constantly changing my designs without permission. Since posting the review, the representative contacted me and harassed me trying to guilt and manipulate me into changing the review, saying that everyone will be fired if I don't change my review. Extremely unprofessional. Absolutely insane. At this point I think it's safe to say you can't trust any of their good reviews, because they are probably harassing people to change the bad ones. I was told the entire factory would be fired because of me, but then I was told I am the only unhappy person and everything is my fault. So.. yeah. Don't work with these people. If a company is not willing to make things right with an unhappy customer and instead thinks it is appropriate to harass them and lie to them, then I don't know what else to do.
